Player Commands

This page lists player-facing commands in a readable format.

Some commands depend on permissions, rank, or whether a system has been opened to normal players yet. If a command says you do not have permission, that usually means the feature is not public yet.

Gear and accessories

Use /gear to manage SvenGuard equipment and accessory slots.

Action What to know
Open gear Run /gear or use the Gear button in /menu.
Equip accessory Shift Right Click the item, or drag it into the correct slot in /gear.
Check requirement If your Adventurer Level is too low, the item will tell you the needed level.
View stats Use /sg stats or the Stats button in /menu.

Accessory stats are owned by RPGSkills. The current stat families include Health, Defense, Damage, Strength, Crit Chance, Mining Speed, Luck, and XP Bonus.

Health bonuses are capped so the heart display does not become overwhelming.

/warp <name> Teleports to a named warp when allowed.

Homes and warps may have cooldowns or warmups.

Note

SvenGuard's main region travel plan is portal and world-travel based. Do not expect /menu to become a free teleport menu.

Resource gathering

SvenGuard uses controlled resource worlds and regen nodes for long-term gathering.

Mining Mine in approved resource areas. Mining Speed can make valid nodes feel faster.
Woodcutting Custom and vanilla logs may award Woodcutting XP in resource zones.
Fishing Custom fish and regional fishing rewards are being built into the progression.
Luck Luck can roll small bonus drops on valid resource-node breaks.
Stacks Custom fish, ores, ore blocks, and logs usually stack to 8.

If a block does not give RPGSkills XP, it may be outside an approved resource area or not part of the current resource table yet.

Shops, holograms, and guards

SvenGuard uses world systems that may not require player commands:

System What players should do
Shopkeepers Right-click shop NPCs or shop entities when staff opens them. Player shop creation is not public unless announced.
DecentHolograms Read floating labels for tutorial hints, shop labels, quest notes, and warnings. There are no normal player edit commands.
Sentinel guards Guards and sentries may protect roads, towns, or dungeons. Do not attack or lure mobs around guard tests.

Custom items and resource pack

Command What it does
/ia Opens the custom content browser when available.
/iarecipe Opens recipe help for custom items when available.
/iatexture Refreshes the resource pack when allowed.

If custom items look like paper, coal, or leather horse armor, reconnect and make sure the server resource pack is enabled.

Some custom items use SvenGuard-only visuals but are still controlled by RPGSkills. If an accessory looks correct but will not equip, check its Adventurer Level requirement and slot type.

Towns

Town gameplay is planned, but public access may be limited while staff finishes the economy and land rules.

Command What it does
/townymenu Opens the Towny menu if available.
/tmenu Alias for /townymenu.
/towny Shows Towny information and help.
/town Town commands if you are in or managing a town.
/resident Resident profile and status commands.
/plot Plot information and plot commands.

Town creation, costs, upkeep, and allowed regions are staff-controlled until the town system is officially open.

/town help

If a help command differs in-game, use the command shown by the server message.
